Shipping & Returns
Shipping can take up to 15 business days, depending on the carrier and stocking. This time frame includes processing your order and delivery to your door.
We must be notified of any damaged/missing items in your shipment within 3 business days of you receiving it. If you are missing items, we will get them shipped out to you as soon as possible. If items are damaged due to shipping, you must contact the carrier to file a claim. If the item damage is not due to shipping, we will work with you on replacing the item. After 3 business days, we cannot issue you a replacement/credit.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept your return within 30 days with the original receipt. Please email us immediately if you are not satisfied with your product to let us know you will be returning your purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused WITH TAGS ON and the RECEIPT. We will issue you a store credit at the time we receive your return. We CANNOT accept any items that are damaged, smell of smoke or any other chemical and are not in the condition in which they were received.
